We are here to connect you with a wide range of services through a network of trusted service providers to support you in your daily life.
Central Registry operates daily Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Saturday & Sunday 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

We are here to assist you in simplifying the process, and ensuring that your needs are being met. Our mission is to simplify access and be the support system for you in navigating the array of available resources
We are your single point of access in the communities of Oakville, Milton, Halton Hills, Mississauga and South Etobicoke
Assess client eligibility for available programs based on standardized criteria.
Prioritize and assign referrals to appropriate service providers.
Track and trend demand for services and maintain a centralized wait list.
Central Registry team members help determine your eligibility for programs and connect you with the care you need.
Our Programs
Caregiver
Recharge
The Caregiver Recharge Services provides temporary, worry-free in-home relief so that you can take a break, whether it’s for a few hours, a day, or a weekend.
Supports for Daily Living
Innovative non-medical onsite support for high-risk seniors 65+ years of age to remain home, avoiding long-term care.
Short Stay Respite
Short-term out-of-home respite provides temporary caregiver relief in long-term care, retirement, or community-based locations.
Food Support Programs
Food support programs connect people to food resources. Meals on Wheels, and Food Advisor Supports are available.
Adult Day Programs
Programs that promote wellness, dignity, and enhance quality of life in a social setting, and provide a much-needed break for persons providing care and support at home.
