Region of Halton Adult Day Programs

Silver Creek Place is an adult day program located at 235 Guelph St, Unit 5A in Georgetown, operated by the Region of Halton. We provide a safe, supportive environment for older adults and individuals with physical or cognitive impairments, including dementia. Our program offers social, recreational, and wellness activities, along with nutritious meals and personal care services.
