Region of Halton Adult Day Programs
Halton Region provides three accredited adult day programs for clients with physical disabilities, frail health, Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementias. Our day programs provide a safe, secure place where older adults can socialize and engage in social, cognitive and recreational activities. Our day programs provide assistance and supervision with personal care, including bathing/showering programs, as well as lunch and daily refreshments.

Language Support
Support for multiple languages through diverse staffing and the use of language tools and technology.
Outdoor Spaces
Flower beds in front of the building maintained by participants. The sunflowers grown here have won local awards!
Bathing Program
Bathing services for clients with cognitive impairments, physical disabilities and/or frail health

Programming Features
Pet Therapy
Two guinea pigs are on location to provide mental stimulation and comfort to program participants.
Themed Programming
Lots of theme days throughout the month to encourage a fun environment for participants.
Art & Music Programs
A variety of art and music programs are offered to bring comfort to members, reduce stress, provide an artistic outlet, and offer social interactions.
Physical Games
Fun games that exercise a range of motion and coordination.
Fun & Games
Popular games are facilitated to allow for entertainment and social interactions.
Discussion Groups
Conversations and opportunities to reminisce to provide social interactions and stimulate thinking and memory.
